The Positive Birth Program is an interactive and immersive workshop where you will learn everything you need for a calm, positive birth. This course is about equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step into your power and birth calmly, regardless of how your baby enters this world – be it naturally or via caesarean, home birth, hospital birth or water birth. The program also gives your birth partner the knowledge and tools to confidently support you and advocate for you.
The ideal time to book a class is between 20-32 weeks pregnant. Book early to avoid missing out on your preferred class.
